OUR PROMISE

Hewn guitars are guaranteed from any defects in materials and workmanship. Each carries a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. This excludes normal wear, any damage that is the result of extreme conditions such as temperature or humidity, and improper modifications or repairs.

The bottom line is, we stand behind our work. We believe a quality product should come with exceptional customer service. We want long term customers and treat them that way.
